MAMUSKA DUBLIN
Sunday 13th December 2009 @ THE BACK LOFT,
La Catedral Studios calls local, national and international artists to participate in the upcoming Mamuska Dublin as part of an all-day cross-media arts salon. This is a unique occasion to present and view evolving works, raw ideas, unrehearsed visions, trials and errors, short masterpieces, playful nonsense, first steps... all in the context of an informal environment where like minded people meet and receive feedback from the audience. Be a part of it!
A maximum of ten artists will present their work while a unique sound environment will permeate through out the evening.
To submit your work, fill out the attached form and return to this address.
Submission criteria:
* open to works in the fields of dance, live performance, live installation, sound and video art
* all works must be under 10 minutes long
* all works must have very simple technical set up and requirements
* send title, duration and brief description of work submitted
* send short CV of people involved
* inclusion of supporting material is recommended

This will be a great opportunity to
present and view evolving works, raw ideas, unrehearsed visions, trials and errors, short masterpieces, playful nonsense, first steps... all in the
context of an informal environment where like minded people meet and receive feedback from the audience.
So come and be a part of it.
This time around, Mamuska Limerick is dedicated to the senses with special focus on allegories, illusion, sensitivity, intuition and sensations. So join in and be part of this evening of dance, performance, film sound art and music.

8月29日夏休み最後のこの日は、浅草でサンバ・カーニバルとマムシュカが開催されました。
毎回異種業パフォーマンスで盛り上がるマムシュカですが、出演者の共通点が１つあります。それは「他ではなかなか見る事はできない」もしくは「見た事がな い」という点。日常では出会えないアーティストをたくさん見て右脳に刺激を与えて欲しいと思います。次回は年末の１２月２６日に開催され、これまでと違っ た企画もあり。お楽しみに！

Mamuska Helsinki is Zodiak's cross-discipline art bar and performance club, organised in partnership with the international Mamuska Network.
The fourth Mamuska Helsinki night takes place at Zodiak on Friday, March 20 starting at 7 pm. People can come and leave at any time during the evening, until midnight.
Mamuska Helsinki is Zodiak's cross-discpline art bar, performance club and social gathering. Mamuska Helsinki has taken place already three times and it has gathered a large number of enthusiastic participants, performers and volunteers. Elemental to the Mamuska concept is that anyone can perform: all performances are selected on a first-come first-served basis.
Mamuska Helsinki can contain wild ideas, short masterpieces, unrehearsed visions and first steps. The audience is invited to watch the events in an informal setting and bar atmosphere. Performers are not announced before-hand, so the evening fulfills Zodiak's favorite slogan:
